The Club will be completing a group clothing order. Please use the google form above to complete your order. The Fall Clothing Order deadline Sunday October 25th.
Club bag, t-shirt and jackets will be ordered from Universal Corporate Wear.
Black/Blue Club swimsuits will be order from Swimoutlet.com - we will divide the shipping cost among the orders equally (approximately $2-$5 per swimmer).
Your total order cost will be emailed to you once the order is compiled so that tax and shipping can be added.

Please Note: 50% of your order total will be required before the order is placed, remainder due at pick up.
